1 Purpose of These Terms

6 Deposit

Deposits at zawgyi9 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Players may only use a payment account registered in their own name—

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Funds will appear in your account almost instantly after depositing.

7 Withdrawal

The following rules apply to withdrawals—

• Withdrawal processing time — 10–45 minutes to your registered payment account

8 Welcome Bonus

zawgyi9 offers a 120% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to withdraw bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount.

Example:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Total balance 44,000 Ks → Wager 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Deposit 520,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Total balance 820,000 Ks → Wager 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks before bonus funds can be withdrawn

9 VIP Cashback Program

zawgyi9 VIP tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with the following weekly cashback rates—

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

As a player's betting volume and activity grow, they move up VIP levels and earn better cashback. Cashback is paid as bonus funds and managed in line with zawgyi9's VIP policy.

10 General Terms for Promotions

• Promotions may change in line with zawgyi9's policies.
• The wagering requirements and time limits for each promotion can be found in that promotion's own terms and conditions.
• Stacking more than one bonus at the same time is not allowed — only promotions that comply with zawgyi9's policy will be issued.
• Each bonus code may only be used by the specific player it is assigned to.

11 Prohibited Gaming Activities

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions while using this platform —

• Using bots, macros, scripts, or any kind of automation software to play
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or glitches in the platform's games for profit
• Logging in using another player's personal information
• Using more than one account to increase a single person's income (multi-accounting)
• Bonus abuse — placing opposing bets simultaneously (arbitrage betting)
• Money laundering in a way that may violate financial protection laws

If any of the above behaviours are detected, zawgyi9 has the right to freeze the player's remaining balance and permanently close their account.

12 Game Results and Disputes

Games provided by zawgyi9 use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to produce fair results, but all decisions made during gameplay are the player's own responsibility. If a game does not complete due to a technical error, zawgyi9 has the right to void the result of that game and reject any related claims.

13 Limitation of Liability
